Myriad Metals Corp. Announces Private Placement Financing
Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – February 17, 2021) – Myriad Metals Corp. (CSE: MMC) (“Myriad” or the “Company”) announced that it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement financing under which it will raise gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 through an offering of up to 5,000,000 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.20 per Unit, each Unit consisting of one common share (each, a “Common Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”, exercisable for an additional common share at $0.40 for two years from the date of issuance). There may be insider participation in the financing, and the Company may pay finder’s fees and may issue finder’s warrants in connection with the financing. Securities issued under the financing will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The Company will use the proceeds of the financing for general working capital.
