23 BRECCIA PIPE TARGETS:

• 23 Breccia Pipe Exploration Targets across the Arizona Strip and Colorado Plateau, mostly located on State Leases.
• Located in close proximity to Energy Fuels’ Pinyon Plain Mine, America’s highest-grade and most profitable uranium mine, which in Q2 2025 produced 638,700 lbs U₃O₈ at an average grade of 2.23%.
• This district is responsible for more than 23 million lbs of historic U₃O₈ production through the 1980’s, according to USGS.

THE FREE CARRY:

• Myriad granted Wedgemount Resources a 3-year option to earn into 75%.
• Under the Agreement Myriad will receive US$75,000, 9.9% of Wedgemount and Wedgemount will spend CDN$4,000,000 over the option period.
• 50/50 JV – Myriad can earn back 25% by spending CDN$5,00,000 after the option period.

HISTORICAL WORK:

• The Wate Uranium Breccia Pipe, formerly owned by Energy Fuels had a historical resource estimate of 71,000 t containing 1.12 Mlbs eU₃O₈ at an average grade of 0.79%.
• Historical drilling in 2007-2009 by VANE minerals on at least 4 other targets identified anomalous uranium mineralization.
